At JS Adaptive Sports, LLC., we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases of adaptive sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within **30 days** of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

- A valid proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are **non-returnable**, including:

- Custom or personalized equipment

- Items marked as final sale

- Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation.

3. We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **10 business days**. Please note:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Partial refunds may be issued for items not in their original condition or missing parts.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if the replacement product is in stock. Follow the return process outlined above to request an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
